FRUIT JUICE


How many glasses of water do we need in a day?. The recomended is 8 glasses. Its not easy to drink 8 glasses cos water is tasteless and to get it all down can be chore.
As an alternative, choose fruit juices which won't just make up your water quota, but pump you full of nutrients too.
Here is a list of fruits and their water content, but remember to take it natural and unsweetened.

* Tomato 93%
* Orange 88%
* Pineapple 85%
* Apple 85%

HEALTHY FRUIT JUICES

Here is a guide on what fruits and vegetables to mix for different purposes.
Someone sent me one last year, so I printed it out and stuck it on my fridge as I find it very helpful and useful.
In fact pure fruits and vegetables are the best food for our body.
I had wanted to post it on my blog to share with others but after going thru my e-mail, I could not find it. Must have deleted it accidentally.
So today I received another one from my sis Serena and thought I better post it before it get lost.
Here are 12 mixtures to choose from.
Every morning I will look at all the fruits n veg. and think what I will take today. Sometimes it's out of convenience and I take what I have in my fridge.
So print a copy and stuck it on your fridge and stay healthy......


Banana + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin with nutritious and prevent constipation

Papaya + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin C, E, Iron. Improve skin complexion and metabolism.

Honeydew + Grape + Watermelon + Milk - Rich in vitamin C + Vitamin B2 that increase cell activity and str engthen body immunity.

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization .

Pear & Banana - regulates sugar content.

Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion.

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.
